Collaboration between Vans and Dime continues
Vans and Dime collaborate once again and reinterpret the Vans Skate Mid Skool model. A nostalgic aesthetic and ’90s skate-inspired style for three different colourways, united by the Montreal brand’s signature yellow.
An archival silhouette from Vans’ early years, the Skate Mid Skool, featured in the new co-branding with Dime, features a mix of suede and nylon, a translucent sole, a custom tongue label and a leather tag with engraved logo.
The Skate Mid Skool comes in off-white, navy/white and black/atlantic green with Dime’s signature yellow on the heel, insole and custom Vans x Dime box.
Dime was born in 2005 by a crew of skateboarders to celebrate fun and creativity and established itself through its video projects, becoming known for its humour and innovative concepts. In 2015, the Dime Glory Challenge presented by Vans took skateboarding events to a new level, thanks to its non-competitive and fun style. Following the same philosophy, Dime opened its flagship store in Montreal and turned its promotional merchandise into a clothing brand sold in the best skate shops and fashion boutiques around the world.
